Creating Your First Intergenerational Learning Project
This course is aimed at people or organisations who want to develop an intergenerational learning programme.For example an individual who wishes to volunteer and give something back to the education community and work with a school to do so; or a school or learning community group who would like to advance their thinking in relation to the development of an intergenerational programme.
The course aims to promote reciprocal learning partnerships through a process of collaborative work activities for generational inclusion, health and wellbeing.
Week 1: Intergenerational Learning as a Project
Week 2: Learning and Wellbeing as an Integral Part of the IGL Project .
Week 3: Creating your First Project Plan
Week 4: Stories and Reflections: Ask the Experts.
Week 5: Evaluating and Monitoring / Project Dissemination Week – Poster Project Week
