Through slow movement, with focused intent, Tai Chi is designed to promote all aspects of physical and mental health, creating a feeling of wellbeing. Derived from martial arts, it is practised for its health benefits. It is ideal for beginners, as well as seasoned practitioners.
Classes include warm up, gentle stretching and focusing on form (sequences of movement) to develop coordination and confidence while promoting relaxation.
